Obama’s Confession Of Failure

The ten minute interview that President Obama granted to FOX News Channel host Bill O’Reilly was, among other things, a study in dodging pertinent questions. It was also a decent critique of the success, or failure, of his six years in office. In this case, failure. The transcript below was the first two and a half minutes of it which didn’t make the cut for the ten minute segment that aired. It was about the economy and the dissolution of the American family.

O’Reilly’s first question:

BILL O’REILLY – One of my, uh, points on the Factor is that poverty is driven by the dissolution of the American family, that is the prime mover, okay. On your watch, median income has dropped seventeen percent among working families in this country. That’s not a good record, it’s not all your fault, part of it was this terrible recession, we all know that. Everybody knows that.

PRESIDENT OBAMA – Okay.

O’REILLY – All right. But 72 percent of babies in African-American community are born out of wedlock.

In his own words . . .

PRESIDENT OBAMA – Because — because what’s interesting, when you look at what’s going on right now, you’re starting to see in a lot of white working class homes, similar problems — when men can’t find good work, when the economy is shutting ladders of opportunity off from people, whether they’re black, white, Hispanic, it doesn’t matter. Then that puts pressure as well on the home. So you’ve got an interaction between the economy that isn’t generating enough good jobs for folks who traditionally could get blue-collar jobs even if they didn’t have a higher education, and some legitimate social concerns, uh. That compound the problem and so we want to hit both. We want to make sure that we’re putting folks back to work and making sure that they’re well-paid —

In the first 2 minutes 35 seconds of the interview, President Obama correctly listed his performance in his first six years. And, he made it sound like he wasn’t responsible for any of it. As if he is campaigning for President who is running against his predecessor. Only in this case, his predecessor is himself.

Muslim Brotherhood Gets “Port Courtesy” From TSA, Not You

And in the WTF Department comes this. Something that took a FOIA request to get.

Never mind for a moment that there is a war against the West and non-believers going on. It used to be called a war on terror. It’s a war where the aggressors are all radical Muslims. Then consider that the reason your grandmother and 10 yr. old daughter get patted down at the airport is because ‘racial profiling’ is not politically correct. No matter how effective it may be. So you have to wonder why racial profiling is now allowed for members of the Muslim Brotherhood. An organization affiliated with terrorists (Hamas) and listed a terrorist organization, with family ties to Anthony Weiner’s wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff, Huma Weiner, aka Huma Mahmood Abedin.

This racial profiling dictates that if air travelers are Muslim Brotherhood types, then they will not get the same scrutiny that you and your family receive. They’ll get the VIP treatment that the TSA calls “port courtesy,” normally reserved for high-ranking visiting government officials and dignitaries.

It’s embarrassing how reckless, naive, and downright stupid President Obama is waging this war on terror. Seems like he’s on the wrong side. Or, he thinks the was is over. Were it not for his actions in Egypt, Mohamed Morsi wouldn’t have deposed Hosni Mubarak. Himself now behind bars. The Muslim Brotherhood has been outlawed in Egypt and labeled a terrorist organization, and all their assets there are frozen. Not here in the United States. His stupid head-in-the-sand handling of Benghazi post Muammar Gaddafi is another example. It’s the same kind of “leadership” that gave Syria to Al Qaeda.

As if you needed convincing that President Obama is our enemy from within, this should do it. When is the first impeachment hearing scheduled? Probably not until Speaker John Boehner is replaced. Keep a sharp eye out for this revelation coming from the mainstream media.

NSA Spying On Terrorists?

The data gathering on Americans, and everyone else in the world, has kept us safe from the Times Square bomber in May 2010, and the Boston Bombing by the Tsarnaev brothers in April 2013. Oh wait. No it didn’t. Despite all that was known beforehand about them.

So what’s the benefit for spying on you? I don’t see becoming a police state as a benefit.

Left’s Feign Outrage At Gates

Where the war on terror is concerned, whether in Iraq or Afghanistan, while still a Senator, Barack Obama made his political intentions known. He felt his mission was to end the war. Not to win it.  As a matter of fact, in the heat of the 2008 presidential campaign, the Iraqi people backed McCain for the very same reason.

For the Obama administration and the Left to show outrage over what Gates had said, and even that he said it at all, shows you how they don’t like being shown for what they are. Sucks to be them. The best they can do is make lemonade from the lemons by saying how good it is that Obama questioned the generals. Sure, let’s pick a community organizer to fight the war on terror instead of the generals doing the fighting.

Gates saw it differently . . .

“It’s one thing to tell the troops that you support them. It’s another to work at making them believe that you believe as president that their sacrifice is worth it, that the cause is just, that what they are doing was important for the country, and that they must succeed,” Gates told CBS.

“President Bush did that with the troops when I was secretary. I did not see President Obama do that. As I write in the book, it was this absence of passion, this absence of a conviction of the importance of success, that disturbed me.”

I have a problem with Gates’ actions for a different reason. He should have come out and said what he said in his book was happening, AT THE TIME it was happening. And if that meant resigning, then he should have done that, in a most public way. Beginning with, “Today I have submitted my resignation as Secretary of Defense to President Obama, for the following reasons . . . ” And let the chips fall where they may. I say this because I believe his fidelity to the constitution and the Americans under his command, comes before his loyalty to his boss. You’re mileage may vary.

President Obama, Managing America’s Decline

In a matter of two months, Josef Joffe’s book ‘The Myth of America’s Decline’ has a become its own myth as China surpasses the US as the world’s china-exportslargest trading nation.

China became the world’s largest trading nation in 2013, overtaking the US in what Beijing described as “a landmark milestone” for the country. China’s annual trade in goods passed the $4tn (£2.4tn) mark for the first time last year according to official data, after exports from the world’s second largest economy rose 7.9% to $2.21tn and imports rose 7.3% to $1.95tn.

As a result total trade rose 7.6% over the year to $4.16tn. The US is yet to publish its 2013 trade figures, but with trade totalling $3.5tn in the first 11 months of the year, it is unlikely to beat China.

The shift in the trading pecking order reflected China’s rising global dominance, despite a slowdown in economic growth last year.

There are 92 million Americans without a job who don’t need to be convinced that Obama’s economy is a disaster. And 15 million Americans who have lost their health insurance policies don’t need to be told that the nation’s health security is a disaster. Worse than it was before Obamacare. And our allies around the world already know that we are an unreliable ally, too eager to subjugate our own interests, and theirs, for some naive world view that if we will be nice to our enemies that they will be nice in return. Iran and al-Qaida just love President Obama. And they and the rest of the world just laughs at him.

Mr. Joffe’s book has all the ingredients of being right, except for the assumption that America has a President and congress intent on keeping  America strong. Starting with his apology tour, our president acts like he is embarrassed by our number one ranking in military and economic strength, and sees projecting that strength for the benefit of ourselves and our allies as being an obnoxious bully. He has set out to “right those wrongs” and is succeeding, to our detriment and that of future generations of Americans.

Islam Now The Religion Of Rape?

According to testimony taken from captured soldiers and captains before they were put to death by rebels, rape has been employed as a common practice by the army, well before Al-Dala’s official religious support was stated.

On Thursday, Sheikh Abd al-Rahman Ali al-Dala, aid to the chief mufti of Syria, who is loyal to President Bashar Assad, gave an interview to Sham FM, a radio station that supports Assad. In the interview, Al-Dala said Syrian army soldiers have permission to “marry” unmarried and married women, sisters and mothers of the rebel fighters, without any official marriage agreement. He clarified that the rape is intended as a punishment for not reporting the rebels to the government forces. In making his statement, the Sheikh placed his religious authority behind the rape of women and girls by soldiers, as part of their fight against the rebels.

Of course, it is safe to say that hell never left. It just held back until, like they were promised, the U.S. forces left Iraq. Now it’s their problem. Enjoy it Iraq.

Iraqi air strikes kill 34 as army tries to dislodge al-Qaida militants in city of Ramadi, near Syrian border.

The action came as al-Qaida fighters were also reported to have taken control of Falluja and underlined the fragility of Syria and Iraq’s shared border, which is becoming increasingly exposed as standoffs with Islamist militants in both countries appear to be reaching a defining phase.

This whole Islam reset thing is really working out. For al-Qaida.

Egypt Outlaws Muslim Brotherhood, Seizes Assets

Officially labeling the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, the Egyptian government moved to seize the ‘Hood’s accounts and assets. And called upon other countries in the Middle East to do the same.

Should come as no surprise except to the Islamist deniers in the administration who told us that the Muslim Brotherhood was a peaceful, secular organization. But that’s old news.

The effects of taking a bold step against the terrorist organization, aside from fighting back at them in hopes of keeping the peace domestically, is the deleterious effect it will have on Hamas. Their subsidiary in the Gaza Strip that terrorizes Israel and calls for their destruction.

Can’t wait to hear what Secretary of State John Kerry, the President’s mouthpiece, has to say about this and whose side he will come down on. Egypt has already decided.

Turkey, just to make it interesting, is sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood. As is a guy named Fethullah Gulen. A self-exiled (was actually fleeing charges of plotting to overthrow the government in Turkey) 70-year-old Imam, who commands a global empire of media outlets, private schools and charities. Gulen directs his Islamic “school” and “charity” operation from his 25 acre Saylorsburg, Pa. estate in the Poconos. Comparisons between him  and George Soros have been made as both men are very wealthy, and both use their money to advance agendas. Both to change America as it exits today.

Will the United States add the Muslim Brotherhood to their list of terrorist organizations and seize their assets? President Obama has some ‘splain’n to do.

War On Islam Continues, In Egypt

A car bomb detonated by Barack Obama’s friends, the Muslim Brotherhood, killed 14 people, mostly police, and injured 60 others when they blew up a police station in Mansoura Egypt. More Muslims killing Muslims. There’s your war on Islam for you. Muslims in Egypt and Syria are killing Christians with abandon as well. As hateful as they are, sucks to be them.

And as you can tell by their silence, our President Obama, Sec. of State Kerry, and National Security Advisor Susan Rice, have no problem with it. You see, it wasn’t democratic rule Obama was looking for back before the Muslim Spring turned to winter. He wanted, and allowed, the Muslim Brotherhood to take over.

The bombing comes just weeks before Egypt holds a referendum on a new constitution that is billed by the country’s military-installed authorities as the first step towards democratic rule after the army ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi in July.
