Obama Doctrine, Serial Killer, What’s The Difference?

No longer will the Commander-in-Chief of the United States fight wars the old-fashioned way, to win them. He now says his new strategy is to let the local ill-equipped (in so many ways) villagers determine the future of our sons and daughters in harm’s way.

This so-called “new” strategy he has for our armed forces is to train the locals so they can carry the fight. If my memory serves me, we’ve been training the Afghan government to train their “soldiers” for the last ten years, and now he says we’re going to keep on doing the same thing? Only with way less of our troops to be around for protection. He calls it, wait for it, My Brother’s Keeper Task Force.

“We have to develop a strategy that matches this diffuse threat – one that expands our reach without sending forces that stretch our military too thin, or stir up local resentments,” Obama said. “We need partners to fight terrorists alongside us.”

If, after ten years, the Afghan government doesn’t know how to train its “military” to fight against terrorism, then the only responsible thing to do with our troops is to bring them home. Don’t leave them there to die at the hands of the dirtbag who is supposed to be on our side. He is charged with being the keeper of our brothers and sisters. But he won’t.

President Obama is delusional when it comes to fighting a war and Islamic terrorism. He isn’t in it to win it. He’s in it to end it. Only with the added idiocy of sacrificing our own men and women so he can look good politically, in his own troubled little mind.

Two Presidents, Two Very Different ‘Today’ Show Segments

Following Bush’s “surprise” Afghanistan trip in March 2006, then-hosts of “Today” Kelly O’Donnell, Katie Couric and Matt Lauer framed the visit as a publicity stunt. “The president’s travels come at a time when his popularity at home has itself gone south,” O’Donnell said, pulling numbers from his low job approval rating at the time.

After Obama’s visit to Afghanistan this Memorial Day, “Today” failed to mention his current lower-than-Bush approval ratings and the multiple scandals surrounding his administration. The segment began with praise for his “whirlwind 4-hour visit to Afghanistan” where he made sure to thank those still serving in Afghanistan, and how he was “continuing to navigate the mounting scandal over the V.A.” And there was no mention of Benghazi, the IRS or Obamacare, among other issues.

So who is surprised how the media treats The One?

Economy Shrinking, Not Bush’s Fault

Amid the news that the GDP is shrinking it will be amusing to hear President Obama spin this into his recovery. No one in his media will dare ask him that question, so never mind.

Meanwhile, Cap and Trade having been repeatedly defeated in Congress (you know, the Constitutional way), President Obama is moving on to Plan B. National Community Organizer that he is, he is using regulatory agencies (all of whom should have their regulatory authority stripped) to do what Congress would not. Flipping the Bird to you, Congress, and the Founding Fathers. The effects of which is represented in this info graphic below.

Dem’s False Creds To Tea Party

Have you noticed the narrative from the political Left changing from the tea party is irrelevant to the tea party has changed the GOP establishment to the point that they are now the same? There’s a purpose for such a false narrative, because there’s no evidence that the GOP has embraced what the ‘tea party’ (which isn’t an actual political party but rather a mindset of limited, constitutional government that protects freedom while exercising fiscal responsibility, including tax reform) stands for.

An accurate observation is more like the establishment GOP is has moved closer to the Democrat establishment, with no will or inclination to roll back the bloated government, no inclination to exercise fiscal responsibility, and no inclination to protect America’s economy, sovereignty, its Veterans, or its people.

The Left’s projection to equate the establishment GOP with the tea party is a reminder that they have nothing to run on that the people want. Nothing to run on that overcomes being lied to. The purpose is to run on demonizing the opponent. It’s what they do.

Truth is, the establishment GOP is just as delusional and dismissive over the tea party as the Democrats. And from that, you can bet both are concerned that they will see a repeat of 2010. Knocking both of them on their political ass.

Veterans Administration’s Increasing Budgets

If you look back as far as 2008, when the Veterans Administration was saying . . .

The resources requested in the 2008 budget will enable VA to successfully address the three highest priorities of this Department:

    • Provide timely, high-quality health care to those who count on us most – veterans with service-connected disabilities, those with lower incomes, veterans with special health care needs, and those with service in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom;
    • Address the large increase in claims for compensation and pension benefits while improving processing accuracy for our most challenging compensation claims;
    • Ensure the burial needs of veterans and their eligible family 2008 Congressional Submission 1 – 3 members are met, and maintain veterans’ cemeteries as national shrines.

Talk about some creative writing. In light of all the news about the VA, including President Obama’s faux surprise and anger over it, look this document over and ask yourself “who do they think they are kidding?” Answer, the low-information voters who only care that Obama says he cares and says he’s going to do an investigation, bla bla bla. That’s who.

You can see that their budgets have been doing nothing but increasing each and every year, while the known problems they have and challenges they know they face have gone without resolve.

This should be enough evidence that throwing even more money at the problem is not the answer. It needs an overhaul from the top with people who know how to get the job done instead of people who know how to ask for more money.

How Incompetence Gets A Pass

It’s more than just incompetence. That would be too generous a description of the way this regime is operating. Destructive, deceptive, and dishonest would pretty much round out the behavior of the gang that is running the government today.

There’s a price to pay for being unplugged or disconnected from what is going on in Washington. Especially when the so-called watchdog media keeps its eyes, ears, and mouth shut.

This video is funny and sad at the same time.

Shinseki, First Of Incompetent Appointments

Just days before President Obama’s first term began, President-elect Obama nominated Gen. Eric K. Shinseki to head the second-largest bureaucracy in the government, behind the Pentagon. In January 2009, the New York Times writes “General Shinseki said that if confirmed he would streamline the disability claims system, use new information technologies to improve the delivery of benefits and services, and focus on unemployed and homeless veterans.”

Like his boss, he knows what to say to gain your confidence. Also like his boss, he hasn’t a clue on how to do it. Five years later, we all know how well that worked out. He accomplished nothing of what he set out to do. Zip, Zero, Nada!

Appointing Shinseki was his political payback for being the first uniformed general to speak against the Iraq war. He was John Kerry’s hero in 2004 when he debated George W. Bush at Washington University. Kerry quoted his newfound anti-Iraq-war-anti-Bush hero.

Shinseki came out and said, “You can’t do this without multiple hundreds of thousands of troops.”

This is what got the attention of Democrats. And this is why qualifications did not matter. Incidentally, despite what the Times reported, Shinseki was wrong about Iraq. The surge was won with 170,000 troops. Not twice that amount like he had “predicted.”

It underscores the point made in THIS POST about the regime’s culture of corruption.

Culture Of Corruption, On Steroids

IRS, V A Hospitals, ICE, Benghazi, ACA, Fast & Furious, Justice Department. Talk about a culture of corruption? Oh. No. Don’t talk about it. Because if you do then you’re a racist.

It’s as if President Obama and everyone in his regime are inoculated from any sort of criticism (or impeachment), blame, or responsibility for anything bad because the President is Black.  What’s amazing to me, is how many people have been indoctrinated into this line of non-thinking?

How did we get to this point? Is it because the administration is loaded with liars, or because it is loaded with ideologues bound to the progressive agenda being put in positions they are not qualified (like Gen. Eric K. Shinseki to head the V A) to fill? Starting with the President himself, I believe it is the latter. The lying comes as a result, like Benghazi, of trying to cover up the incompetence.

Simply impeaching the president will not fix the problem. It will take an election and re-appointments of competent people into responsible positions (from the Cabinet on down) in government. America, it’s time to take out the garbage.

Obama “Recovery” Hurting The Poor

Words have meanings. And the notion that there is a recovery going on in this country is simply absurd. It’s time to call it what it is. It’s not a recovery but a ‘decovery.’ Ok, I made that word up. How about we just call it a recession. We’ve had our two consecutive quarters of a shrinking GDP. So you have to just ponder if this kind of non-recovery recovery is just what The One has had in mind all along?

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has two stats that point to how this so-called recovery is working. The CPI (Consumer Price Index) is going up, while average hourly earnings continue to fall. It’s a double whammy on the backs of “the poor.” No matter the color of their skin.

Most of the price increases are in foodstuffs. So the next time you hear a Democrat race baiter claim that Republicans expect Blacks to “vote against their best interest,” ask him (or her) how rising food prices and falling family incomes are in the best interest of Blacks? Or the best interest of anyone for that matter? Call it what it is. Another leg of the administration’s Poor Tax.
