Two Justice Systems In One

Clapper admits to spying on Trump campaign. It was illegal spying on Americans for political purposes.

Know how you can tell? They didn’t similarly “protect” Hillary’s campaign. And more important, they didn’t warn the Trump campaign about what they were doing. If trying to get the Russians was their game.

The DNC computers were said to have been hacked by Russians. Or was that an inside job?  We’ll never know for sure because the FBI did not take the computers for forensic investigation. The FBI let the DNC, at the DNC’s request, have their computer checked by the tech company they have a relationship with. Isn’t that special?  Bottom line, the government never proved that the Russians hacked the DNC’s computers. Or that they were even hacked. Now there’s no evidence to look at any more.

What’s the difference here? Was the DNC “hack” done by good Russians and the excuse for spying on the Trump campaign, on into his presidency, was looking for bad Russians? Hell no. It’s about taking out Trump, like it has always been.

What’s the same here? We are supposed to take the word of the FBI/DOJ, with no evidence of either.

The Race Race

Remember when there was some hope that, if nothing else, the election of President Obama would at least put a ‘period’ on the ‘Americans are racist’ era? Americans elected the first Black president, with comparatively no experience, over who would have otherwise been the first Woman president, who is White and with a lot more experience.

So what’s this? Last year, Harvard hosted its first ever “black only” graduation ceremony. No word about a “white only” or some other ‘_____ only’ ceremony. It has become an annual event there, and at other colleges.

At the University of West Florida, there is a Black Employee Association. Odd, especially when this is on a state (public) campus, where there are not supposed to be organizations based on race.

Is this a longing for the old days, when there was segregation? Lord I hope not. Kanye West has a great take on it. Has to do with independent thinking.

All this coming from the University crowd, where inclusion was spearheaded and embraced with “Affirmative Action” programs from Washington. Aside from being hypocritical and probably illegal, they are setting “race relations” back 60 years. On purpose.

By 2018, the American people have long accepted integration. I suspect “race relations” are a lot better than the media would like us to believe.  God forbid we can live together without prejudice. That would put the Race Industry out of business, to the success of all those who can think for themselves.

Unfortunately, Civil Rights doesn’t mean what it used to mean. It has become an industry. The Jesse Sharptons in this country don’t have the end of racial discrimination as their goal. Instead, their goal is to keep racial tension going. Why?

Two reasons. The psychology of keeping minorities from leaving the Democrat Plantation by telling them they are victims of those evil racist Republicans. It’s called identity politics, coupled with the soft bigotry of low expectation. This event supplies the touchy-feely ‘pat on the back’ by the Massa.  Kanye, Trump and you know who the victims really are.

The second reason is in the bank. They make a nice one-percenter living on keeping Blacks unsettled. Sick.

No doubt in my mind that the same psychology is at work as in the “Middle East Peace Talks.” They (everyone by Israel) don’t want peace. They want the constant conflict and agitation that “talks” can supply. Which begs the question, how will we know when the Race race is won?

Pretty sure Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. would be disgusted with what they have done to the ‘civil rights’ he envisioned.

No Iran Deal, And Why

Ha! Trump was excellent.

Naturally, Obama weighed in.

“I believe that the decision to put the JCPOA at risk without any Iranian violation of the deal is a serious mistake.”

He obviously didn’t hear the speech.

I like the part where he laid out the justification for this decision, including the bogus information about Iran’s nuclear assets, that was the basis of the deal. And how that deal made the world less safe.

The deal that 61% of Congress voted against, but was done with a Bob Corker workaround. Around Congress.

Trump is open for a new agreement that would not include nuclear weapons and missiles to deliver them. One that would be fool-proof with real inspection verification. With no areas, including military areas,  off limits to the nuclear inspectors.

He also gave a shout out to the Iranian people.

Finally, I want to deliver a message to the long-suffering people of Iran. The people of America stand with you. It has now been almost 40 years since this dictatorship seized power and took a proud nation hostage. Most of Iran’s 80 million citizens have, sadly, never known an Iran that prospered in peace with its neighborhoods and commanded the admiration of the world. But the future of Iran belongs to its people.

Do you remember when President Obama pledged America’s support for the Green Movement in Iran? Then abandoned them? No different than his red line. Tonight, Trump said he “doesn’t make empty threats. When I make promises, I keep them.” And from his record so far, there’s no reason to doubt him.

History was made today. And the unspoken message, made clear today, is that when it comes to matters this important, he doesn’t play. And that’s a good thing.

Trump Living Rent-Free In McCain’s Head

Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) said on Monday that it is “ridiculous” for Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) to request President Trump not attend his funeral.

Some might rather throw a party, for the passing of the Senator who ran on repealing Obamacare, yet was the sole reason it was not repealed by voting against repeal as soon as he had the chance. The liar doesn’t care about you. All he cares about is obstructing the guy who beat the crap out of him and insulted him.

Hatch is right. But that’s McCain, able to survive being a prisoner in Vietnam, but unable to survive a competing presidential candidate’s comment about it.

17 Year Olds Prefer Russia

We have 17 yr olds wanting to infringe upon and otherwise take away our 2A rights. They would feel right at home in Russia, where they don’t have 1A rights either. In Russia, not only will you not be allowed to own a handgun, you won’t be allowed to complain about it either. They should move there. Just run across their border and enjoy it.

In Russia, Putin arrests the losing opposition party candidate. Much more effective than using their intelligence apparatus to spy on them and anyone they talk to, like what happened here. Problem is, I don’t see the difference.

France, Britain Embarrassed By Trump’s Suggestion

In a speech to the National Rifle Association (NRA) on Friday, referring to the shooting of victims in the Paris rampage, Trump said if civilians had been armed “it would have been a whole different story.” Considering the host audience, a quite natural observation. Maybe that’s why Macron and Le Maire were not invited to be speakers?

French President Macron’s statement “France is proud to be a country where acquiring and carrying firearms is strictly regulated.”

His world experience is limited though. At 40 years old, he doesn’t understand the concept that America is a proud country where the citizens have a right to bear arms.

French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said he hoped Trump “would come back on his words and express regret”. No regret for a country that incorporates the right to bear arms into its Constitution.

Were it not for citizens bearing arms, there would have been no War for Independence from Britain that France helped us win. Americans acknowledge and Thank You for your participation. Appreciate the Statue of Liberty too!

With open borders and all that comes with it, seems to me gun control is the least of their problems.

Immigration Chaos

Justice Gorsuch may be a good judge, but he got this terribly wrong.

On a 5-4 decision, for the first time in the Nation’s history, immigration law on illegal aliens, is treated as criminal law for US citizens and legal aliens, thereby giving criminal illegal aliens rights that they do not deserve or have. The writer, Daniel Horowitz, characterized it as “Stolen Sovereignty.” And that’s just what it is.

This is simply astounding. Gorsuch is suggesting that the default position is that a criminal alien gets to stay in the country unless the court can determine beyond a shadow of a doubt that the crime is included in statute and that the statute is not “unconstitutionally vague.” He is suggesting that asking the Supreme Court to overturn the activist Ninth Circuit is somehow an act of legislative intervention.

Consider the impact of this bad decision to the immigration and deportation process alone. Prior to this, under the best of circumstances, deportation can take 5 years, and that’s presuming the illegal immigrant actually shows up for all their hearings. Now, the one million  criminal illegal aliens here, will be heaped on the already overloaded court system, and provided lawyers for their defense, like a legal U.S. citizen can get. There’s no one who could estimate how many years that would take before the illegal would be deported. Gorsuch has begun the chaos that will overwhelm the court system.

No doubt William “Bill” Ayers and Barack Obama are popping a cork today, to celebrate this decision. It is the Cloward-Piven Strategy right before your eyes. And executed by a Supreme Court Justice. A so-called originalist Justice at that! Nominated by President Trump.

Of course, this can not stand. It’s just another case made for an Article  V  Convention of States. Between this and the rogue DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA with their spying on U.S. citizens, it is our only constitutionally authored fix for what the Left has accomplished so far.

Veto It

I hope the President vetoes that crazy Omnibus spending spree.

The Republican leadership in Congress has just made history. They’ve spent more borrowed money in one year, and grew the government more, than President Obama. Adding to the generational theft he built. These are the same republicans that campaigned on smaller government.

The establishment is so against their apple cart being overturned that they are proposing a budget that, aside from the 10% increase in military spending, represents nothing of what Trump wants. Certainly nothing that the people who voted for Trump want.

How does this make any sense? Forget the excuse that “you need 60 votes.” Seems to me Democrats got everything they wanted. And there’s only 49 of them. They stay united. Their republican counterparts don’t.

Seems to me this bill is designed to separate Trump from his supporters. And it would start at the mid-terms. Losing Republican seats will speed up the ‘impeach Trump’ movement among Democrats. Game over.

Domestically, this bill is probably the biggest test for Trump  so far. This is a battle in the war between the Establishment and Trump. It’s not D’s v R’s. And Trump needs to veto it. To save America’s future, as well as his own political future. Call out the R’s who voted for it, and suggest voters choose a republican who will help him advance the agenda he campaigned, and campaigns, on. His supporters will stick with him if he does.

Budget Buster

Did you vote for a trillion-dollar budget deficit, while the national debt is over 21 trillion now?  Did you expect that your tax dollars would be given to abortion provider Planned Parenthood again?

There’s no cutting back of anything in this sorry excuse for a budget. This has a 10 percent INCREASE in size in every department. It looks like to get a 10% increase in military budget, Trump had to expand it to the whole government. There’s little there that represents fiscal sense, let alone fiscal conservatism. Dems get what they want, including a bailout to insurance companies for the failure of Obamacare to work. And, barring military readiness, R’s don’t.

If that’s how it’s going to be this year, it better not be the same story next year. The size and direction that the national debt is going, is just as much a “national security” factor as anything else that can affect the nation!

And for that real “deer in the headlights” look, ask your representative the effects to the national debt as interest rates rise back to “normal” market pressures, as opposed to FED’s manipulation.

SF Bay Area Mass Exodus

People are leaving California at a record rate. By all accounts, the high cost of living tops the list. High taxes, fees, and housing cost have become too much for poor and middle class to handle anywhere near the major cities.

For example, the demand for U-Haul trucks leaving is greater than arriving. In San Francisco, it is $3000 for a 1-way to Dallas. And $1000 for a 1-way from Dallas to San Francisco.

Less talked about is the position California has taken on illegal immigration. San Francisco is a Sanctuary City. California has declared itself a Sanctuary State. Drawing the attention of the Dept. of Justice and AG Jeff Sessions filing suit against State officials.

Aside from the high cost of living, safety becomes an issue particular to sanctuary cities. Safety of the citizens that is. More and more people have had enough of it, and leaving.

The homelessness in San Francisco is so bad, there is an online map that shows people where the human waste is. Places a tourist might want to avoid. The admin says the map is to call attention to the homeless problem. He sure did, but not in the way he intended.

To where are Californians fleeing? Most are going to right to work states with no income tax. Texas. Florida.
