Muslim Cleric Caught Dressed In Drag

Buried in the Asia/Pacific section of the New York Times, the preferred newspaper of jihadistsPicture this in a burqa and high heels. everywhere, is this news that radical Muslim cleric Maulana Mohammad Abdul Aziz, chief cleric of the Lal Mosque in Islamabad, was arrested when he tried to sneak past Pakistani authorities in a burqa and high heels. Where’s the picture of that girlyman?

He was caught this evening as he left the mosque among a group of female students.

Oh wait! Here it is.

Immigration Bill Advances In Senate

Lost that battle, but not the war. That’s one way to look at what happened in the Senate today. Today they managed to get the 60 votes needed for cloture (64 yes, 35 no, 1 did not vote) of the bill to end the accepting of amendments. On Thursday, after the proposed amendments are ‘debated,’ there will have to be another cloture vote to end debate and put it to the Senate floor for a vote with or without the amendments submitted. If it goes that far, then the bill will go to the House of Representatives where, I hope it will never be seen again. Not in its present form anyway.

The point is, it ain’t over yet. Let your Senators know once again, or a few more times, before Thursday afternoon that you want the border SHUT first. Forget about a comprehensive anything unless they’re talking about a comprehensive border lock-down. Tell them that no manner or level of a comprehensive solution will serve our country or will even have a chance of serving our country if the flow if illegals and terrorists is not stopped first. In other words, the comprehensive solution must not include the continuing flow of millions more coming across the border. PERIOD. Make sure they hear from you.

I live in Florida, you can bet that Mel Martinez already got the last vote he’s going to get from me. Makes me proud to live close to Alabama, whose senators Sessions and Shelby actually serve their legal constituents and put America first. Martinez and Nelson are both wrong in supporting this bill. They are bi-partisan fools out to pimp the Latino voting block at the expense of our nations safety and security. But not all Latinos, just Mexicans. That’s where the numbers are.

Mel, Bill, I’ll remember you both come election day. For the rest of you, I strongly suggest you check this roll call vote, and the one that will take place on Thursday if it passes, to see if any of your senators voted to pass this bill, then act accordingly.

United Nations, Useless In Darfur

Or is it useless nations, united in Darfur?  You can lead a horse to water. . . Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice again chides the United Nations (Useless Nations?) saying that they and their members are ignoring solutions in Darfur.

“I will be very frank. I do not think that the international community has really lived up to its responsibilities here.”

It’s Working Harry

Want a sign the “surge” is working? How about former Sunni “insurgents” joining with Iraq and US military to fight Al Qaeda? This is the sort of thing the war planners were hoping would happen. That the people would isolate Al Qaeda and turn informant for the military. Somebody tell Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) that his ‘loss’ is losing.

“We do not kill police or army members, or call for their killing,” he said. “Al Qaeda threatened us for taking this stance. … They began to kidnap and kill our fighters, so … we began to fight back.”

The commander said his group had turned down a previous request from U.S. officials to join the fight against Al Qaeda.

“But after recent killings among our Iraqi people in the province, we decided to fight alongside Iraqi and American troops,” he said.

Dismay Couldn’t Stop Hamas

So after a short bloody war in Gaza that included public executions, lets reflect back a couple weeks. It was June 3rd that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that the countdown has begun to bring about the demise of Israel. Did you think he was crazy? Maybe he is mad, but not crazy. Fact is Hamas (Ahmadinejad’s soldiers) is on that mission. Here’s what he said then. . .

“The countdown to this regime’s destruction started through the hands of Hezbollah’s children”

and

“We will witness the destruction of this regime in the near future thanks to the endeavours of all Palestinian and Lebanese fighters”

Meanwhile, about all we hear from the United Nations (the wacko left’s capitol) was their expression of ‘dismay.’ It has been that way since Yasser Arafat’s days. The militancy going on in Gaza today is the product of that Nobel Peace Prize winner Arafat, and Iran. This should be a lesson for the left of just how effective expressing “dismay” is when it comes to stopping terrorists.

Gaza Solution The Same

It’s amazing that of all the news about Hamas killing Palistinians, as opposed to killing Jews, I haven’t heard “Iran” mentioned in any of the stories. Not one. You should know that Hamas is the terrorist wing of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran’s military. Hamas is funded, supplied and trained by and in Iran. There’s a reason the MSM would rather not tell you about the Hamas chain of command and exactly who they are. Let’s not keep that fact secret as we move forward.

Hamas has played its hand now by taking control of Gaza by the gun and with public executions of the police. In front of their families I might add. However, the solution is the same as the one for Iraq.

In Iraq, they used democratic principles to elect their leaders and their government. Nobody said that having a democratic election will yield a peace loving country, especially if it is held in Gaza. So have a new election in Gaza, let them choose their leaders and their form of government. If the new government turns out to be a terrorist state, then fine. At least now the enemy and the target is identified. They are no longer in the shadows among civilians. They are a state in every sense of the word, and when they start attacking Israel, Israel can respond with a full war response. Dittos for Israel’s allies. It would be over within 30 days, maybe 30 minutes, if fought like a war. No reason for that tit-for-tat military response any more. They’ll have to be pounded into submission and cut off from Iran. And if Iran wants to provoke further military action in Gaza or Lebanon, then it’s on with them too. It’s pretty much their choice. Saddam had a choice. He didn’t make the right one.

The time for negotiations has expired with the takeover in Gaza. When Hamas only wants to kill Israelies and wipe Israel off the map, where is there room for compromise? Will some liberal please explain what a compromise might look like?

The Religion Of Peace Speaks To Suicide Bombings

More on the religion of Peace. A Pakistani cabinet minister said today that the decision to knight Sir Salman Rushdie was a justification for suicide bombing, after the parliament in Islamabad condemned the honour as “blasphemous and insulting” to the world’s Muslims. Question is, is Mohammad Ejaz-ul-Haq the John Murtha of Pakistan or are they all like that?

[T]he religious affairs minister, Mohammad Ejaz-ul-Haq, said: “The West always wonders about the root cause of terrorism. Such actions [giving Rushdie a knighthood] are the root cause of it. “If someone commits suicide bombing to protect the honour of the Prophet Mohammed, his act is justified.”

Surge Failed, War Is Lost, Defeat Accomplished

That’s the kind of leadership Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi have to offer. Do you think al-Qaeda likes it too? They’re invested in defeat and by golly they’re going to make sure they get it.

Iraq surge a failure, top democrats tell Bush. Yes, this is the same surge that Gen. Patraeus will report on in September. There are indications that the surge is working so far, and it is not yet up to the full force level. So why do you think Harry Reid would call it a loser in June? The war is lost is another of his declarations.

Reid, Fighting Back Is Destabilizing

I don’t know quite how to characterize him, but senate majority ‘leader’ Harry Reid (D-NV) is beginning to sound like a broken record with his defense and war strategy. He says if we were to go into Iran to eliminate the insurgent training camps that are destabilizing Iraq and killing our own soldiers, that we would be destabilizing the region. One has to conclude that he feels that Iran’s participation in funding and equipping and training insurgents to do damage in Iraq and Lebanon and Israel is stabilizing. ?? And that makes sense to who?

“The invasion of (Iran) is only going to destabilize that part of the world more,” Reid said on Monday after speaking at a forum hosted by the Center for American Progress think tank.

Lieberman Has It Right, Just Frosts The Left

Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Ct) understands why we’re in Iraq and why we need to prevail there in a win and not a premature retreat. The President himself has already said as much back when the new rules of engagement came out around the time of the beginning of the ‘surge’ strategy. It included going into Iran in pursuit of terrorists and the Iranians responsible for training and equipping terrorists. Joe has it right, but you need to see the comments from the wacko left.

From The Huffington Post

jmc42 We have good evidence that the United States is a war criminal by attacking and unarmed nation who had not committed any attack on us. In this case, it is the United States that is in the wrong and any nation that comes to the help of the Iraqi people are – in my book – policemen needed to kick out the war criminals that are the US and GB soldiers. Your agenda is transparent and you should go to Israel to live as you are not doing shit for America.

JennyTraynor Hey, Conneticut voters…here’s your chance. Die for Israel. Die for Joe Lieberman. Send your kids. Cause you ain’t gettin mine.
