FBI gets six terrorists before they could make a surprise attack on Fort Dix. Maybe by coincidence, all six are Muslims. No Buddhists, no Christians, no Jews, no whatever else.
Can we know if the Patriot Act played a role in bringing this terrorist cell down? Sen. Joe Biden would like to know.
Nobody, not even Joe Biden, denies that terrorist cells like this one exist in this country. And yet, people like Joe Biden want to kill the patriot act, and use the way-back machine to go back to a pre-9/11 mentality on security and defense. In light of what happened today, I don’t think we’re ready to put down our guard just yet.
The data gathering on Americans, and everyone else in the world, has kept us safe from the Times Square bomber in May 2010, and the Boston Bombing by the Tsarnaev brothers…
Captain Obvious confessed that “We don’t yet have a complete strategy” for fighting the Islamic State in Iraq. He could have added that we have no hint of one for combating…

Seems to me that you equate, or believe that I equate, Muslims with terrorists.
There is a difference. Most Muslims are good people and you are confusing or conflating my rantings and posts here that are against Islamic extremists, or terrorists, as being against the religion or people as a whole. That is not me. And begs the question, what motivates you to not see the difference?
One point in the post above that I probably could have made better was the way that the media reporting of the Fort Dix plot obfuscated the fact that the people caught were of the same ilk (aka Islamic extremists) as the ones we are fighting overseas at a time when the Patriot Act was under constant attack from the political Left. Politically Correctness gets no support here.
And as a matter of fact, I have met and served a few people wearing turbans. All without incident.
I know it’s not any of my buisness. But when I look at all of the anti-Islamic material on this blog and on the main website, I feel like Pat Robertson created it, not the friendly guy who serves me a steak with a smile. Your opinion is your opinion, and I respect that, but after seeing all of this, I would find it hard to believe that you would serve a man in a turban the same as you would me.
What kind of question is that? I serve all people who want something I sell.
We don’t question people’s religion when they order. Their religion is their business, not any of mine, and not any of yours.
Just curious Ross, would you serve a Muslim in your restaurant?

Belly up to the counter. Politics are on the menu and Ross is on the grill.
