“As soon as these monkeys can blame a murder on a White person, oh here they come!”

Nothing Racial About Owning A Gun
President Obama today tries to tie the death of Trayvon Martin to gun violence. Why is it that having and using a gun in self-defense is perceived as something racial? Does he understand that legally having a concealed weapon can save a the life of a Black man too? Concealed carry permits are issued regardless of race. It’s an easy four-step process. But depending on where you live, steps one and two may be more difficult.
King Salim Shabazz, the leader of the New Black Panther Party Philadelphia chapter was arrested for carrying a loaded and unlicensed gun. Imagine that. He has the words “kill whitey” tattooed on his face. He was also charged by New York police with illegally wearing body armor.
If convicted of possessing the gun, Heath will be sentenced to a minimum of three-and-a-half years in jail. On June 26, he is due back in court to find out if he’ll face charges of gun possession and illegally wearing body armor. Currently, he is being held in place of $75,000 bail.
Of course, if Attorney General Eric Holder had not let him, one of ‘his people’, go in the Philadelphia voter intimidation case, he would have been cooling his heels in jail instead of on the streets with an illegal weapon. Thank you Eric Holder for your open door policy. Tends to make one furious, fast.
The thug’s “real” name is Maruse Heath. Apparently, the Black KKK get special dispensation with unequal justice under the law.
Where’s the surprise, that with all the gun control legislation that exists in New York, criminals still have guns. Anxious to hear what new laws Eric Holder or President Obama have in mind that can prevent people like him from getting a weapon and carrying it illegally. I guess the first thing to do is to have the IRS, NSA, and FBI investigate all members and sympathizers of the New Black Panthers, photographing any tattoos suggesting racial hate crimes, racial slurs, and violence. Determine if any of them have weapons illegally, and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any violations they might find. Then hope the justice department doesn’t dismiss the charges and let them go.
Will we be hearing from Mayor Bloomberg demanding this thug be sent to jail and kept there? Yeah right!
In a bi-partisan effort, all but 10 of Colorado’s 64 county sheriffs have signed onto a lawsuit aimed at blocking the Democratic gun control measures passed by the state legislature and signed into law by Gov. John Hickenlooper back in March.
Joining the Sheriffs in the civil rights lawsuit, supported by the Independence Institute, are disabled people, Outdoor Buddies (a charitable organization for disabled people), licensed firearms dealers, Magpul, the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the Colorado State Shooting Association, the Colorado Outfitters Association, Colorado Youth Outdoors, and Women for Concealed Carry, according to a press release from the Independence Institute.
This press conference gives a good snapshot of why these new laws, effectively written by New York’s Mayor Michael (Nanny) Bloomberg, are ineffective, unenforceable, and unconstitutional. The product of laws written by emotion and without deference to the Constitution.
One Sheriff in favor of the law, Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson, highlights the disconnect between logic and emotion. Keeping in mind that every law enforcement officer takes an oath to abide by and support the Constitution, Robinson said back in January . . .
“Public safety professionals serving in the executive branch do not have the constitutional authority, responsibility, and in most case, the credentials to determine the constitutionality of any issue,” Robinson said in the statement. “Law enforcement officials should leave it to the courts to decide whether a law is constitutional or not.”
Oh really? And the point of the oath is . . . ?
Because of the sensational media coverage of gun crime, including the Sandy Hook and Aurora massacres, the public erroneously believes that gun crime is up and out of control. These lawmakers want you to believe that these laws would have prevented such shootings, which they would not. The gun control lobby would also have you think that the criminals get most of their guns through the ‘gun show loophole,’ aka private citizen transfer. They don’t.
According to a DOJ survey, private transfers at gun shows account for only 2% of guns obtained and used in crimes. “About 10 percent said they purchased their gun from a retail shop or pawn shop, 37 percent obtained it from family or friends, and another 40 percent obtained it from an illegal source.” The only thing that is out of control is the gun grabbing industry that continue to attack the Second Amendment on emotional grounds. According to the DOJ’s own statistics, gun ownership is way up. AND violent gun crime is way down. That trend is over the last 18 years and continuing.
On the heals of the Mother’s Day shooting in New Orleans, and with the media and the pols in Washington trumpeting stricter gun control laws (despite falling gun crime statistics) I came across this article by Walter E. Williams that does touch on what ‘the problem’ is. It is societal and political and is perpetuated by the victims themselves. In cooperation with the race hustlers and poverty pimps.
Today 72 percent of black babies are born out of wedlock. Being born and finding out that your mother is 17 years old, that your grandmother is 35 and that you don’t know who or where your father is is not a good start on life. In fact, it’s a near guarantee for school dropout, poverty and crime, but such a start in life has nothing to do with racial discrimination.
In his article ‘Honest Examination of Race,’ Williams casts PC aside to take a look at what plagues large cities under Democratic control.
One definition given for insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results; it might also be a definition of stupidity. Let’s look at some cities where large percentages of black Americans live under poor conditions.
A shooting incident interrupted a Mother’s Day parade in New Orleans’ 7th Ward. Police are discounting terrorism as the cause. They are calling it your basic “street violence.”
The apparent target of today’s shooting was the Original Big 7 club and its followers. Founded in 1996 in the Saint Bernard Housing Projects in the 7th Ward of New Orleans. Despite hundreds of witnesses, police have no leads or suspects in custody. On their facebook page, the club emphatically states “Crime and violence in New Orleans is a systemic problem and we strongly believe that safeguarding our cultural heritage helps to address the roots of violence.” Emphasis on “systemic problem.”
New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu (D) urged witnesses to come forward with information during a news conference Sunday night at a hospital where gunshot victims were taken. “These kinds of incidents will not go unanswered. Somebody knows something. The way to stop this violence is for you all to help,” he said.
This kind of gun violence isn’t going to be solved by making more laws to not enforce. Shooting people in the streets is already illegal. It’s already illegal for felons to have guns.
Gun violence like this is going to take the people living there to solve on their own. It is not gun control that our nation needs but self-control; a lifetime result molded from the synergies of love and discipline in the home, bonding in the community, and encouragement in the church. Government and laws in the absence of these will serve no useful purpose.
Effective March 10, 2013, Square Inc., the convenient portable credit card processor, has aligned itself with the gun control hysteria crowd, expanding their exclusions for use to not just firearms not made in person, but also to ammunition and anything to do with firearms made in person or by any other means. It amounts to a 100% prohibition of anything related to, and including, firearms.
Square Inc. sent notice of their new Merchant Agreement to current subscribers today, with the proviso that by continuing to use their service, you agree to the terms of the new Merchant Agreement.
The updated agreement will take effect on June 9, 2013. If you continue to use our services after June 9, 2013, you agree to the terms of the new agreement. You will be able to access the previous version of the agreement for the next thirty days.

(23) internet/mail order/telephone order firearm or weapon sales,
If you are a business owner and don’t agree with the stance Square has taken, regardless of what industry you are in, there are alternatives to using Square Inc. One is Payment Alliance International. They also have a NRA & NSSF Endorsed Shooting Sports Payments Package.
The community-organizer-turned-President is at it again. Before an audience of college students in Mexico, he blames the United States for Mexico’s drug and gun violence. All without mentioning his Justice Department’s ‘Fast and Furious’ gun running program, responsible for arming and killing hundreds, if not thousands of Mexicans, in Mexico. Not to mention one of our own border patrol agents.
Speaking in campaign mode, his usual posture, the President accepts zero responsibility for everything he is blaming his country for. Stop the insanity. Just stop it.
President Obama . . .
“And we also recognize that most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States. (Applause.) I think many of you know that in America, our Constitution guarantees our individual right to bear arms, and as President I swore an oath to uphold that right and I always will. But at the same time, as I’ve said in the United States, I will continue to do everything in my power to pass common-sense reforms that keep guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people. That can save lives here in Mexico and back home in the United States. It’s the right thing to do. (Applause.) So we’ll keep increasing the pressure on gun traffickers who bring illegal guns into Mexico. We’ll keep putting these criminals where they belong — behind bars. “

“That’s why today, I have directed the FBI to arrest Attorney General Eric Holder.” No, he didn’t say that. But he should have.
Fact is, because Mexico is such a corrupt and backward country, most of a lot of good things in Mexico come from the United States. Including Mexico’s second largest foreign revenue source, nearly $2 Billion in remittances. That is money mailed or wired back to Mexico from the United States by Mexicans living in the United States.
The Obama administration is still silent on Fast and Furious and that investigation. Just as the New York Times is silent about the President’s pandering to all those undocumented Democrats in Mexico.
A Pizza Hut delivery driver was ambushed and robbed by three armed black men Wednesday night, 5/1/2013. The incident occurred in the 7800 block of Graves Road around 10 pm. Graves Road runs from Olive Road, two blocks East of Davis Highway in Pensacola.
The thugs took the pizza, about $40 cash and the driver’s wallet. Fortunately, he was not physically hurt and notified the Sheriff’s Department. His wife and child are no doubt grateful that Daddy is home and safe.
Since the robbers are as yet unidentified, armed and dangerous, the police would like a tip that would help take these thugs off the street. If you happen to see a delivery driver making a delivery somewhere, keep an eye out for him or her. You might have a chance to really make a difference, for them and for our community.
As an aside, any bets as to whether the thugs obtained their guns legally, and, are allowed by law to posses them? Do you believe that stricter gun control laws will prevent crimes like this?
Speaking of gun control hysteria, GE Capital stopped offering financing to retailers whose main business is selling guns. They say it affects less than one percent of gun dealers and, as big as GE Capital is, dropping that market segment from their model is immaterial to them from a business standpoint. The spokesperson said that the decision was made in response to the “industry changes, new legislation and tragic events.” Tragic events like the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre I suppose, committed by GE Capital Vice President, Peter Lanza’s son.
This is purely a political statement, from the company that paid no taxes for 2010 on their $14 Billion in profits. Whose head of the company was on President Obama’s Jobs Council. You remember, that shovel-ready joke, har har, we spent billions and didn’t create any?
This isn’t the first move against firearm dealers and, by extension, citizens that support and believe in the Constitution. A couple of months ago Intuit Payment Solutions, a credit card processor and Lefty organization, dropped gun dealers from their client list too!
Neither will do much to negatively affect the industry. Their competitors will gladly get their business. It’s only important that you know who they are.
Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, in an effort to legislate some brotherly love, signed a bill that bans firearms from public parks and recreation areas. Placing restrictions, and limiting the ability of law-abiding citizens to protect themselves is his idea of public safety.
Denying reality, bill sponsor Councilwoman Cindy Bass (D) said “There’s no reason to have a firearm at a public playground.” Oh really? Here’s one! According to police records, there have been more than 50 shootings at rec centers and playgrounds in Philadelphia since 2010.
What is so difficult for these Democrats to understand that it is the criminal, not the politicians, who decide whether there is a reason to have a firearm, as well as the capacity of your magazines?
Councilman David Oh (R), one of two (out of seventeen) council members who voted against the bill argued that the ban hurts legal handgun owners since all the shootings at city parks have involved illegal guns.
Mayor Nutter and the City Council are forcing law-abiding citizens to make a choice when it comes to using these city facilities. To use them and put your family in danger. Use them but break the law by carrying your otherwise lawful weapon in order to provide protection as may be necessary. Or, not use them and turn them over to the criminals.
