Dems Playing With A Losing Hand

So what are Democrats running on this election season? It isn’t “For the People.” Remember that? It’s Medicare For All. In other words, full blown socialized medicine at the expense of the economy, senior citizens, and everyone else.

That they chose a proven loser of an issue to run on, aside from Trump is the Devil, shows that their party is lost to the lunatic Left. Deaf and blind to the economy, employment, unemployment, your kids’ education, your safety, and our nation’s sovereignty.

The consequences of (God forbid) a Democrat majority in DC, will not only halt, but reverse the progress made since the Obama administration expired.  And, will turn the country into something resembling Venezuela. 

Curious how Democrats can, with a straight face, campaign on killing the economy and, fundamentally change America. “But everybody, including illegal aliens, will have ‘free’ health care. It’s a human right,” don’t you know?

It’s also curious how the same party, dishonest as it is, has not tried to claim credit for any of the progress in the short time President Trump has been in office. That trial balloon was when Obama took credit for the Trump economy. Then burst.

In the spirit of Halloween, Seema Verma, Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) tweeted this. “This year’s scariest Halloween costume goes to…”

No excuse for sitting this one out. Too much is at stake. It’s all at stake. Two words, Vote Republican. The Democrats are playing with a losing hand.

Undocumented Democrats

When you hear a politician selling the need for “comprehensive” Immigration reform, you should know what that really means.

Since Sen. Ted Kennedy, immigration reform meant the more the merrier. But not from those prosperous/productive and White countries in Eastern and Western Europe. In order to survive, Democrats need a permanent dependent class, like from say, Central America. So why would anyone think that illegals from there would be Democrats if given the right to vote?

When almost all the illegals lived their entire life under socialism or a dictatorship, the Democrat Party is a natural fit.

Pew Research Center did a piece about party affiliation and illegals. It shows overwhelmingly Democrat. But then they say . . .

“And it’s uncertain whether these unauthorized immigrants, many of whom are currently unaffiliated, would adopt similar political affiliations and voting patterns if given the chance to naturalize.”

The “unauthorized immigrants” don’t know, and schools aren’t teaching, about personal freedom and liberty, the Constitution and our founding. But they do know where to look for stuff. The almighty government.

This is why, to Democrats, “comprehensive immigration reform” means guaranteed Democrat Party dominance for the foreseeable future. Adding millions of voters to the Party with a pen.

Considering the country is nearly 50/50 (Dem/Rep) now, automatically picking up a 10 or 15 (or more) point spread, would pretty much end the Republican Party as a useful organ of government.

Then the remaking of America could resume.

PCC Wins M.R.I.O.T.D. Award

Pensacola Christian College wins the Most Ridiculous Item Of The Day award for expelling Allen Armentrout, a student who peacefully exercised his 1st Amendment right in Charlottesville, VA last week.

His statement to the Pensacola News Journal was ignored by his school, who apparently succumbed to the media meme that you must deny your ancestors and history, else you’re a violent Nazi White Supremacist.

The college administration failed to show a violation of their rules that would apply to someone exercising their 1st Amendment right. Makes one wonder if any of the anarchists who actually were violent were expelled from school?

“I have been released from my school and will be unable to return to college to finish my senior year. I’m processing this and making adjustments to my life to compensate for this scrutiny.”

He does not deny the history of this country or his family.

Armentrout later told the News Journal he made the trip to Virginia because the KKK, Neo-Nazis and other groups are destroying the history of his ancestors and he wants to share “the true history” of the American South. He said Neo-Nazis have wrongly “latched on” to Confederate history.

One thing is certain, he is consistent in his convictions. Here he is in Pensacola last March.

What’s different this time? The national “news media” made him famous, and he exercised his 2nd Amendment right too! Oh the nerve.

For this reason, Pensacola Christian College wins the Most Ridiculous Item Of The Day award.

Can you say “lawsuit?”

No Free Speech Here

Free speech today has nothing to do with freedom or liberty. Today, free speech in schools has morphed into the antithesis of freedom and liberty.

Schools have turned into progressive indoctrination centers that are taking on Marxist tendencies, the seeds of which were planted 100 years ago. Today, William Ayers gives voice to using schools as the means to wage this revolution.

With Chavez at his side, Ayers voiced his support for ‘the political educational reforms under way here in Venezuela under the leadership of President Chavez. “We share the belief that education is the motor-force of revolution…”

Here is how The Association of Teacher Educators (whose guest speaker for their 2013 Convention was William Ayers) feel about their role as “educators” . . .  (emphasis added)

Without attention to culture, social conditions, environmental roadblocks, and economics, lasting change will not happen. Educators, schools, and institutions of higher education must step up and become empowered as agents of change, not as recipients of mandates for change that come from outside of the education community. Change can start with one teacher, one classroom, one school, one college of education, and should be tailored to the local environment and its needs. Learn how you can take action and make a difference from pioneers in the field of Education for Sustainable Development.

See anything there about teaching our country’s founding principles? Me neither. Their goal is the dilution of America. The “fundamental change” President Obama had in mind, being a disciple of Bill Ayers, is what is going on. And, must be stopped.

We are witnesses of its “success” today when speakers are shouted down on campuses, and physically assaulted. All of which is condoned by the educational establishment and administrations by virtue of the lack of discipline and consequences for such unruly behavior.

Great article HERE details the disintegration of our education system. The American Experience has its roots in the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. Limited government, power of the individual, private property, individual freedom and liberty. Over the last 60 years, those principles have stopped being taught. Progressives now occupy the educational system, the entertainment industry, the news industry, where the collective, not the individual, has taken priority. Marxism to a tee.
