According to Philadelphia television station WPHL-17, the entire Mummers Parade will once again be streamed live on this page from 10am to 5pm (EST) on New Year’s Day (1/1/12).
And like last year, after the parade, all the band videos will be captured into video clips and be available for viewing anytime.
