Manuel Noriega Headed For Panama Prison
Manuel Noriega, Panama’s military dictator of the 1980s, 
is being returned to Panama today to a jungle prison and a 20-year term for the murders of opponents during his rule.
Having served sentences in the United States and France, now 77 years old, he has only 20 more years to go before he completes his sentence.
