Mayor Rizzo Mural To Be Rededicated

Happy birthday, former Mayor Frank Rizzo!

Saturday, on what would have been the 90th birthday of the iconic Philadelphian, who died in 1991, the restored mural of Rizzo that has towered over the Italian Market for 15 years will be rededicated at 11 a.m.
