OK, now for a real fun and enlightening experience, here is a video that sort of explains how Obama got elected in the first place.

  1. I know I’m wasting my time, but here goes…

I know, I know, those links are liberal propaganda, right?

Look, you’re nuts. You believe fox news is fair and balanced. You are old and scared and that makes me feel sad for you. But that doesn’t make you any less delusional.

After the disaster that was bush, easily in the top five worst presidents in our history, anything would have been better. I will vote for Obama in a heart beat. Compared to bush he’s been lincoln.

Here’s the thing you will never understand. YOU are the extreme. You belong to a party that is racist, that believes in religion over science, a party of bigots. Your new front runner Cain doesn’t even know that China already has nukes.

And after months of Cain claiming that african americans shouldn’t use the race card, he pulls it out when he’s caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

I know, blame it on the liberal media, right? And women looking for attention, right? You’re so predictable. But what you have to realize is your type is dying out. Even if you manage to get Obama out of office due to your kind being racist, bigoted, hate filled, and ignorant, it’s only a matter of time. You should probably start stocking up on canned goods and building your bomb shelter. Or maybe stock up on frozen cheese steaks. Haaa.

  2. After looking at the website where that second video came from, we learn that these people were not cherry-picked to find the mentally challenged. The demographics of them, and the percentages of correct/incorrect responses are on this link. Fact is ‘truth,’ not everyone who is ‘educated’ has a functional knowledge of politics or the political process. For many, it amounts to only whatever party their parents were and what they use for their news sources.

It explains how a man of Barack Obama’s limited experience, extreme liberal positions and radical political alliances could be elected President of the United States. For many of these Americans, the explanation was rather simple… the news media, completely enamored with Obama, simply refused to do their job.

  3. Sure I realize that ‘truth.’ That’s what I meant by ‘fun and enlightening experience.’ However, the premise was to find out what the people who voted for Obama knew about the campaign. It is apparrent, to me anyway, that what they ‘learned’ from the 2008 campaign came from the major networks, the pillar of objectivity.

They knew nothing about the key players in the politics. Only what they gleaned from CBS, ABS, NBS, and MS-NBS, CNN-BS, and Saturday Night Live. The mainstream media. However, it does make the case for some kind of competency test for presidential elections.

The real problem is that educated (not to be confused with smart) people also voted for Obama in 2008. It will be interesting to see if they do it again in 2012. Whether they feel they got the kind of change that they voted for. Or, whether they realize they voted for the most vacuous campaign platform in history, hope & change.

  4. You do understand Ross that I could link to a hundred youtube videos in the same format showing the tea party to be comprised of idiots, videos taken of interviews at Palin book signings that make her followers look like morons.

It’s simple. You take hundreds of people, interview everyone, ignore those that show any intelligence, and only keep the idiots. You can make any group look bad using that technique.

The bigger problem is the lack of general knowledge among the public on both sides. The question is, do you realize this? Or are you just trying to be entertaining? Because, you know, you’re not helping.
