The good news is Citgo has withdrawn its request for SPR oil. It should never have been granted in the first place! Why give oil to a two-bit thug who's threatening to withhold deliveries from the US? Refusing the SPR request (Citgo's was the only request) would have been a much clearer message than the average Joe not buying Venezuelan.
